What SwipeSage is

SwipeSage is an AI-powered credit card advisor. We help you compare Indian credit cards based on your spending patterns and show you estimated annual savings in rupees before you apply. We are not a bank, an NBFC, or a financial services company regulated by RBI.

SwipeSage is not financial advice. Our recommendations are informational — they are based on publicly available card data and your self-reported spending. Always read the card's Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) before applying.

Eligibility

SwipeSage is available to individuals who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Residents of India
• Using the service for personal, non-commercial purposes

Savings estimates

All savings figures shown on SwipeSage — including "₹ saved per year" projections — are estimates only. Actual savings depend on:

• Your actual monthly spending in each category
• Merchant category codes (MCC) assigned to transactions by your bank
• Card issuer terms, reward rate caps, and fee waivers that may change
• Whether you meet minimum spend thresholds for fee reversal

SwipeSage makes no guarantee that you will achieve the savings shown.

Independence and no paid placements

SwipeSage is not paid by any bank or card issuer to feature or rank their products. Our rankings are based solely on the estimated rupee benefit to you for your stated spending profile.

SwipeSage may earn referral fees when you apply for a card through a link on our platform. This never influences our ranking algorithm — cards are always ranked by estimated value to you.

Card applications

When you click "Apply" for a card, you are redirected to the card issuer's own website or official partner. SwipeSage is not a party to the application. Card approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing bank and depends on your credit profile, income, and other factors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SwipeSage for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our card data or ranking algorithms
• Submit false spending data to manipulate recommendations
• Use automated tools to interact with SwipeSage at scale

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data. By using SwipeSage, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

SwipeSage is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwipeSage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any financial decisions made based on our recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify users via email (if you are subscribed to updates) or via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
