Delete your account & data

If you have SwipeSage installed, this is the fastest way — your account and data are removed immediately.

1. 1Open SwipeSage
2. 2Go to Settings → Account → Delete account (or Settings → Privacy & your data → Delete my account)
3. 3Re-authenticate (sign in again so we know it’s you)
4. 4Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account permanently
5. 5Done — your account and data are erased on the spot

Don’t have the app installed anymore? Request deletion here and we’ll process it for you. Use either method below.

By email

Email privacy@swipesage.in from your registered email address, with the subject “Delete my account”.

Or use this form

We process web deletion requests within 30 days. India’s DPDP Act permits up to 90 days — we commit to 30.

Either method removes, permanently:

• Your profile (name, contact details)
• Your preferences & financial goals
• Saved cards
• Spending logs
• AI-chat history & data
• Consent records
• Breach-notice history
• Your login & account credentials

After deletion, the only things that remain cannot be linked back to you:

• Anonymised, de-identified analytics — aggregate usage data that is no longer associated with your identity.
• Grievance tickets (if any) are stripped of personal details before retention.

Nothing that identifies you remains.
